30-Day Return Window on Unopened Merchandise

We accept returns on most unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, sealed in original packaging, and free from any signs of use or damage. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in resellable condition will not be accepted for return.

Please note that certain products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene, safety,
or regulatory reasons. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt, as Budz Supply is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

How to Start a Return
